These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the English Enjoyed website (https://englishenjoyed.com), your purchases made through our Shopify store, and any related digital or subscription services (together, the ‘Services’). By browsing the website, placing an order, creating an account, or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Services.

2. Eligibility
To make purchases on our website, you must be:
• the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or
• using the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products sold via EnglishEnjoyed.com
Through our Shopify store, we sell:
• physical products (e.g., clothbound books, limited editions, stationery, printed materials);
• digital products (e.g., courses, downloads, lessons);
• access passes to subscription services (e.g., English Enjoyed Extra, Members’ Pass, Season Ticket).
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are displayed on the website. We take reasonable care to ensure that all details are accurate, but minor variations in colour, texture, or finishing may occur as part of the printing and manufacturing process.
4. Orders & payment
4.1 Order acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, mispriced, or unavailable, we may decline your order and will refund you promptly.
4.2 Payment
Payments made via our website are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Stripe, or other approved processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
4.3 Taxes & duties
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable VAT (where required).
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import fees, or additional taxes levied by their country.
5. Shipping & delivery
We dispatch physical goods to the countries listed at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or other factors are outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot refund orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Digital products
Digital goods (e.g., downloadable materials, video courses, lesson bundles) are delivered electronically via email, customer account login, or a secure delivery platform.
By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge:
• all sales of digital products are generally final (see Refunds, Section 11);
• you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own private use;
• you must not copy, share, redistribute, or upload digital materials to any public or private platform.
7. Subscription services (English Enjoyed Extra / Membership)
If you purchase a subscription product from our website—such as access to English Enjoyed Extra—the following apply:
7.1 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@englishenjoyed.com.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current paid period.
7.2 Free trials
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Only one trial is permitted per user unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.3 Price changes
We may update subscription prices from time to time. Existing members will be given reasonable notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
8. Licence & acceptable use
Subject to payment of applicable fees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Services for your own private, non-commercial learning and entertainment.
You must not:
• share, sell, resell, or otherwise transfer your access;
• record, screen-capture, or distribute our videos, scripts, transcripts, images, or learning materials;
• interfere with or bypass security or digital rights management systems;
• use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes intellectual property;
• attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the functionality of the Services or website.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Account responsibilities
If you create an account, you must:
• keep your login details confidential;
• ensure all information provided is accurate;
• notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
10. Intellectual property
All content on https://englishenjoyed.com—including videos, scripts, books, text, images, programme notes, designs, branding, and software—is the intellectual property of English Enjoyed Ltd or our licensors. It is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited licence in Section 8, no rights are transferred to you.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them without obligation.
11. Refunds
11.1 Physical products
We accept returns where required by law or where explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
11.2 Digital products
Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable unless:
• a statutory right applies; or
• the product was not delivered or was defective.
11.3 Subscription services
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
If a specific satisfaction guarantee is offered at checkout, those terms apply.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
12. Availability & maintenance
We aim to keep the website, digital lessons, and subscription content accessible at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, platform outages, and third-party disruptions may occur.

13. Third-party services
The website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, shipping partners, app stores). These third parties operate under their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• we are legally required to do so.
Upon termination, access to digital and subscription content ceases. Sections which ought to survive—such as Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability—shall continue in force.
15. Disclaimers
Our content is educational and entertaining, and is not a substitute for professional or exam-specific advice. Results vary depending on individual effort and context.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be limited.
Subject to this:

The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
