• Digital downloads, signed copies, and personalised items are considered final sale.
• Returns are only accepted if items are in their original, saleable condition.
• As we are a small business, you are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

To request a return or exchange, email hello@englishenjoyed.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
