Do you ship to my country?

  • We ship worldwide using a handful of selected delivery services. If your country doesn’t show during checkout, please email us at hello@englishenjoyed.com and we will assist you with your request.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

  • You will always receive a confirmation email once you have processed your order. Please check your spam if you do not see it in your inbox.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a tracking number from the chosen delivery partner so that you can follow its progress. If you do not receive this, please reach out to us at hello@englishenjoyed.com, where we can assist you.

How long do orders take?

  • We typically advise 10-14 days for the delivery of all orders, but hopefully they should take much less than this.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

  • Once the item is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are communicated to you by the relevant postal service.

Can I add a gift message or gift wrapping?

  • Unfortunately, this is not something we currently offer as standard, but please email us at  hello@englishenjoyed.com and we will do our best to assist you with your request.

Something I love is sold out, what should I do?

  • Please join the waitlist, and we will let you know when the product is available.
