We hope you love your purchase — but if not, you may return eligible items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds.

Please note:

  • Digital downloads, signed copies, and personalised items are considered final sale.
  • Returns are only accepted if items are in their original, saleable condition.
  • As we are a small business, you are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

To request a return or exchange, email hello@englishenjoyed.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund. Please include photographic evidence of the issue in your email.

Important:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked service for returns—we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Include your order number and name inside the return package.
  • Once received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 14 days.
