Delivery Information
Payment Terms
- We are unable to ship any items before the full payment (including shipping) has been made. The payment will be fully debited at the time of order processing.
Delivery
- We aim to ship items within 2 working days.
- Orders placed by 3pm on a weekday (Excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
- We do not ship over the weekends. Any orders placed past 2PM GMT on Friday will be dispatched by the next post the following Monday.
- A delivery fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods purchased. The delivery fee in respect of your order with us will be advised to you at the time your order is made.
- In any event, delivery will be made within 14 days of your order, unless stated otherwise.
- Once the item is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Tracking Your Order
- Any orders received will be acknowledged by email confirmation, and you will receive tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking details via email, please check your spam and contact us for more information at hello@englishenjoyed.com.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for your destination.
Customs Clearance and Fees
Our products are proudly made in the UK and shipped internationally.
For customers outside the United Kingdom:
- You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your local government upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fees.
- Please note that this could involve some delay of the parcels, as the goods retained and checked at customs are outside of our control. If you do not accept the customs clearance, the product will be returned to the sender destination, and shipping costs will be non-refundable.
We regret that we cannot estimate or control these additional charges.
